  possible to render in 480p?

  I’d like to add some HD clips to my website. I thought that samples in 480P might download more quickly and still provide great quality. However, I only see the option of either 720 or 1080 listed as rendering options for Windows Media Player. Is it possilble to render to 480P in Vegas for both Quicktime and Windows Media Player? If so, how do I do this?

  Also, I have been rendering my standard def samples to the Windows Media Format at the 3MBPS rate. However this is cropping my 16:9 image to 4:3. How do I render at this lesster quality but still maintain the 16:9 aspect?
