  Possible formats for upconversion to HD with BMD Multibridge Eclipse and PPCS5 on Mac

  We are trying to standardize teh video format of our post production pipeline. We shoot a lot of XDCAM EX, but we get DV, DVCAM, and Beta SP from outside sources. We have a Multibridge Eclipse and adobe premiere pro cs 5.5.2 on Mac. What specific file formats and codecs can we capture to using upconversion to HD? We have DV, DVCAM, Beta SP sources. These sources connect to the Multibridge through decks using SDI and/or component. Can we capture/upconvert to XDCAM EX through Multibridge? How about XDCAM HD 422 or AVC Intra? Does Multibridge, its drivers, or software install any codecs and/or capture presets for premiere pro CS5? If so, which ones? Any advice on workflow?
