Porting between AE & FCP
I’ve read Ken Stone’s article from a couple of years ago and wondering if there is an update on the compression codecs that are more appropriate than Animation for exporting from AE back into FCP?
Assistance appreciated.

Not thus far. Either that or the codecs you are working with. Unless you are using AE on a PC and the PC cannot read the codec FCP is using (this happens with DVCPRO HD).
And Automatic Duck for AE is still the best way to go.
