  pops coming in exported AE file

  i have extracted some video from a DVD that i am doing a bit of work on in after effects and then converting into FLVs for inclusion in a Flash website. i have noticed that after exporting from AE there are little clicks or pops in the soundtrack. they look they are happening with a consistent interval of one second. they are not in the video that i extracted from the DVD and i am sticking at 48.00 all the way through the process. any ideas what might be causing this ?
