    Remember the old MTV pop up video show? Where the little factoids “blooped” onto the screen. (maybe they still do the show, I don’t watch much MTV anymore). But anyway, I’d like to do an effect like that, any advice? I’m thinking I need an equation like the “jack in the box” to get the bounce to be fluid. But the motion would be on the z axis.

    Ahhh, I thought my expression library had been put out to pasture when I left my last job, but some live on here on the COW:

    You’ll want to play with the decay and amplitude (‘a’) variables in those expressions, but I believe they should do the trick.
