    POP sound in FCP & G5

    I get a static pop sound when I transer into G5/FCP 4/HD. Also, happens when I edit and create DVD.

    I was told by Melrose Apple that this is a problem with the G5/FCP 4/HD.

    They said there is a FILTER you can get to stop tha pop/static.

    Could anyone help me find the FILTER to get?

    I’ve never heard of this before. The person who told you about the ‘filter’ didn’t know the name of it? Or where to get it?

    Stop using 44.1 audio in a 48 timeline

    or MP3 files!!

    48k audio…….. or 32k audio, depending upon your timeline settings.
