Pop out scopes window problem (see image)
I had Resolve set up to where when I pop out the scopes panel it showed up in my second monitor. I previously had a 4K main monitor but switched it out for a 1080p. No problem then. When I put the 4K monitor back, the scopes panel on the second monitor got huge and can’t be moved (see image). I can’t grab it to move it back to the main monitor. I can’t do anything to it. Any ideas on how to fix this (the second monitor is set correctly to 1080p, etc.)
If I have to reinstall Resolve I’ll do it but hopefully it won’t come to that.

Thanks, Tero, but that didn’t fix it.
EDIT: When I tried it the second time with the scopes window open, it repositioned it in my first monitor. I can move it around, etc. but if I drag it back to the second monitor it’s too big. I could swear I didn’t have this problem the previous time I used the 4K as a primary monitor, but maybe I wasn’t using scopes back then. Anyway, your solution did enable me to move the scopes back to the main monitor, a lot better than it was before.

I have the same problem – have a Dell 32 “4K main monitor scaling to 150% and a 21.5” 1080 monitor to display scopes on in Davinci Resolve! I just do scopes less with the arrow in the bottom right corner ! Then I drag scopes over to my 1080 monitor – and can adjust again with the arrow !

For some reason my scopes window is now back to normal size on my 1080 monitor so I’m all good, but if you could explain what you mean by doing scopes less with the arrow I’d appreciate it, in case I run into problems in the future.

I just resize the Scopes Window, with the arrow in the bottom right corner, before I move it to my 1080 monitor and then I can expand it again as needed

Oh ok, you mean when you place your cursor into the corner it becomes an arrow. I was looking for a little arrow icon in the right corner. Yeah, you have to do it in the primary monitor first right? Because once it’s in the secondary monitor I can’t resize it.
