Poor quality/motion after export Premiere Pro
Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the final exported files (1080p). The motion quality is very poor: Crossfades and effects with smoke are not smooth. A 720p export wasn’t a problem first, but now I have the same problem there. I’ve tried several options with frame rate, bitrate settings etc. But noting works.
Please check the image I’ve uploaded here. Maybe this problem is known to anybody and I hope there is somebody who can help me out.

I’ve just exported a 720p file en now there is no problem with the motion, but it’s not a guarantee… The next time he possibly freaks again… Here I can show you a failed video export, you can see that the smoke effects are too abrupt.
