Activity Forums Maxon Cinema 4D Polygon reduction – falloff ?

    Have you seen this on C4DCafe?

    The thread there states this won’t work on the bevel deformer and I suspect not on the reduction deformer either because of the way it works internally. Neither of those got a falloff built-in when those were added to the other deformers, I’d have to guess there is a good reason for that. (but just guessing)

    Shouldn’t geometry detail concentration be the determining factor for reducing polys and not where the polys are on the object?
