I just had a client ask me to design graphics like the World Poker Tour and/or all new poker shows. He has 3, hour long shows which use tons of different graphics and the same “quick” graphic changes as the shows. Although the shows not about poker it is just as fast-paced. After watching these shows it seems like it would be dozens of layers almost constantly changing.

The other show’s graphics look great and all have cool transitions (flipping cards, players names fly in, pot size flips around to the current size). It’s all very doable in AE but seems like a big pain due to the constant rapid fire of graphics (changing cards, players folding, raises, lingo, pot size, etc….). Does any one know what motion graphic programs /systems, these shows use or any suggestions to ease the bulk?

Any insight would be very helpful. Very helpful.

    Thanks!!!
