  Pointer/Pen Tool Problem

  Hi,
  I’ve been running into very annoying problem in CS4.
  When using any tool, the application of the tool(Whether it is brush, pen or etc) is offset by 10 or so pixels down. This is true if you have the cursor in the precision mode or not.

  Usually the problem goes away when the computer is restart, however sometimes I’m able to make it go away by randomly pressing a string of keys. Which makes me think, this is some developers idea of “feature”.

  I’m running PhothoshopCS4 11.01 on Mac.
  Any help is greatly appreciated.
