PNG or JPEG?
Can anyone tell me the benefits/losses of using PNG files or JPEG files in Sony Vegas?

Benefits:
PNG is essentially lossless (can be saved and resaved without further degradation).
PNG also supports alpha channels.Losses:
PNG files may be larger in size. -
