  PNG not showing in After Effects

  I am in the process of switching over to an Apple computer with my after effects projects. The problem is that when I open image files in my after effects they show as millions of colors straight interlaced but the picture is either solid white or literally millions of colors. Could this be that my video card is not reading them or is there a setting that I have missed.
