SxS deck, 60 GB HD recorder from SxS slot, Clip Browser 2 down covernt to DV. PDW-U1 as data archive. Note clear if the Adobe Encore workflow means Blu-ray without compression.

Got to love this new view finder. Convergent Design is using the Sony Mpeg-2 encoder and they have the ability to change compression rates so I wonder if this SxS card system can record at higher bit rates like the new XD Cam 50 Mbps and if Sony will have a firmware update.

I hear a lot more will be revealed tomorrow (Sunday) at Sony NAB announcement. I heard the EX1 firmware update has been delayed and that EX3 will have that firmware.
