PMW-100 Image/Exposure Problem
I have two PMW-100’s and I’ve had them for just over a year. Both have worked great in the past, but I’ve been using only one of them for work lately, and the other one has just been sitting in the camera bag for a month.
I just turned on the camera I haven’t been using recently, and the image is significantly darker compared to the one I have been using. Both cameras have exposures of E99 and white balances of 3300K. All the settings on both the cameras are the same, that I can think of.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Any Picture Profiles loaded? You should save your settings off and do an ALL Rest on both cameras to ensure you are starting at the same baseline. It’s also possible that the ‘good’ camera has one of its exposure settings still in auto, which would allow it compensate for exposure changes the 2nd camera isn’t responding to if it is locked in full manual.

Sometimes it is the simple things that give us a problem. Be sure to check and see if the dark camera has a ND filter on.
