  PluralEyes mysterious drift

  Shot my final piece with a 5D MII.

  PluralEyes 2.0.5
  Premiere 5.0

  Imported the all native footage from CF card into Premiere
  Synched that in Pluralize. Edited with the synched files in Premiere. Everything looks fine.

  Upon completion of edit exported the file with CS5 media encoder set to Quicktime Prores 422 paying special attention to consistent frame-rate with quality set to 100. Everything looks and sounds good.

  Encoded a second output of the new Quicktime file changing the format to H264 reducing the frame resolution still paying attention to frame rate and using Max render quality. The sound synch is drifting of many clips. Sometimes badly. Went back to Premiere and just re-output the H264 file directly with the same poor results.

  What am I doing wrong? The full size PRores file is fine. H264 is out of synch! Ah-h-h-h-h!!!
