  Plug-ins for Birthday Video

  I am a video editing hobbyist. I have some birthday footage from my Sony HD video camera (consumer model) and I’d like to edit it. I’m pretty new to video editing and I only have Adobe Master Collection CS5. I heard that there are many plug ins available for premiere. I’m looking for HD transitions/effects (like ballons flying, etc..). Please give me some good plug-in packages that will look good on high res video (not ancient plug ins). If you know of any similar plug ins for AE please list them too. I also wouldn’t mind some good stock footage of nature and other stuff. Thanks!
