Plug-ins for AE
Posted by Ryan Mcafee on July 20, 2009 at 5:42 pmJust a question to throw out there.
Does anyone have any cool plug-in suggestions for AE (other than video-copilot and Red Giant)?

July 22, 2009 at 3:22 amJust a quick side note, you will find many great and amazing scripts out there all I know of are kindly given to the community for free some of these are as usuful as some plugins.
A quick search in google of ae scripts will bring most of the main sites. For example a script called \”magnum\” will try to automatically find edit points for you.
If you have never touched on scripts before I highly recommend it I wish I found them myself quicker in my AE carear.
Once I\’m near my computer I will post some of my favourite resources for scripts.
Plugins I do love from a different company are also ones from revisionfx. twixtor, realsmart motion blur, shape I use often. I did demo some of there others but they were not required just yet in my tool kit.

July 23, 2009 at 2:27 pmAE plugins have been discussed exhaustively on this forum by myself and many others for years so searches of past threads for “plug-ins” and “plugins” will give you all the info you need … there are tons of plugins available for AE, but which ones will suit you depends entirely on your budget and the kinds of work you do out of the very many things AE is used for (compositing, mograph, special FX, etc.).
