    T_starburst, T_lensblur
    LF_circle spread, LF_disc, LF_elipse,
    starglow, particular, unmult

    do you know who the manufacturer is or where I can purchase them?

    For the others you’ll need The Foundry’s Tinderbox (T_starburst, T_lensblur and Knoll Light Factory by Red Giant Software (LF_circle spread, LF_disc, LF_elipse, unmult).
