  Plg URL (Dreamweaver Embedded mp4)

  I need some advice,
  I’ve got an embedded plug in(an mp4 video file) on a html document.
  The controller does appear, and you could click a button, but I’d
  like to provide Text with a link to the embedded plug in.
  I’m imagining that the proper link from the piece of text (PLAY HERE).
  is the Plg URL as it appears in the Property Inspector once the
  embedded plug in is clicked in the document.
  But, what’s the proper code for this URL?
  What does it include?
  My Browser doesn’t seem to be able to find it if I’m making a simple
  Point-to-File drag link.
