    Hey All,

Hoping you can help me find an answer to this question. It looks pretty simple and i’m quite surprised it’s not obvious to work out (maybe it’s staring right at me).

Does anyone know how to grow lines in Plexus on more than one axis. I know you can use the ‘Beam’ renderer to achieve it on one axis and then use multiple instances but it’s pretty messy.

    Anyway, I found a visual example between 00:08 and 00:13 here – https://vimeo.com/50561184

Thanks in advance for all of your time.

Plexus’ Beams are the way to go. It’s not messy if you pre-plan and then organize your work as you progress.

    Rork is completely right!

Beams is the way to go, if you can, preplan your designs and use lights to drive your animation. But be sure to name them properly (A-Z) for the effect to be correct and use the power of Plexus.

Here is an animation I helped create using the effect as described:

Thanks for dropping by Mr AE! 🙂

Tom, if it’s not yet obvious, Andrew worked on the Vimeo video that linked to in your post.
