Please i need a good idea – sd card formatted and lost all footage
Hi, i fotmatted the sd card from within the camera. But i forgot to copy the footages to my harddrive. So i lost all recorded material. As if that wasn’t enough i shot some more footage on the sd card. İs there a way to get my footage back? Anyone know a way out of this mess?

I use file scavenger when I format a storage device with something on it.
You may be able to download file scavenger to scan your sd card before purchasing it. It should tell you if there are any recoverable files on it.

Hi, with a 64 Gb sd card i was able to recover the files using avccam sd card file recovery… But for some reason the 32gb cards cannot be recovered. Any ideas? Please?!

Well you can recover until something else is recorded on top of it.
If it works for a 64 but not the 32, it is because you recorded the new material right on top of the spot where the original was. Or at least where the index was.
The only other idea I can give you, is to send it to a professional recovery place. It won’t be cheap, and they won’t guarantee their work, but if what you lost is that important, that is your next step.
