    Please help! “Preview Disabled” problem?

    All works perfect through my AJA IO with Betacam, but when I go back to working in DV, the Preview Disabled message is on the Capture screen. It tells me there is no video. Trashed prefs, repaired permissions, replaced firewire cable, still no worky.

    I searched for this issue on the cow forum and found two others with this same problem… one posted today and one yesterday. Coinsidence?

    Please help!

    It turns out that stupidity was the problem. Accidentally hit the NTSC switch to PAL – No wonder I had deck control, but no video.
