Please Help Me Diagnose Strange Export Distortion
Hello Creative Cow,
I would love someone’s help in diagnosing a major export issue I’m experiencing. I’ve attached screenshots of the distorted end result.
The original media is: MXF, 24.00fps, 4096×2160.
I have applied some minor color correction – dropped the blacks mostly. Otherwise, the footage is untouched.
I tried a straightforward H.264 – Match Source – High Bitrate Export.
In case it’s also useful, I’m using Premiere Pro 14.3.2 on a 2020 13-inch MacBook pro, OS big sur.
Both times I tried exporting the 8 min piece, it started creating this distortion around the similar place 2/3 of the way through. As a test, I went to the same spot in the timeline, and exported a small sample from there, and got no distortion. So, it was only distorting it when exporting the full timeline.
Would appreciate anyone’s thoughts on this matter, thank you!
