Playlist creation inside DVD.
I’m looking for a program/way to allow users to select a list of videos to play. i.e. create a custom playlist from chapters on a DVD. I’ve heard this is possible, but don’t know what program does this.

You’ll need a tool that supports scripting like DVD Studio Pro or DVDLab Pro. Here’s a good tutorial to get you going:
