What maximum bit rate should I choose when exporting 720p mp4 for people who will watch the video on a television via flash card?
There are no quick movement in the video. Everything was shot on the tripod.

Flash cards transfer at mega bytes per second and video is at mega bits per second.

The flash card is an unlikely limitation. Any limitation would be with the TV, and here you just have to try it.

There is no “standard” for playing video via USB on a TV so you would have to check the specs of the TV set. That means you will need to check the specs of all of the TV sets that you plan to distribute to which means this this NOT a good choice for distribution. I would just use the temple that Vegas Pro already has for this and see if it works (I think it uses 8Mps average). Test it on a few TV’s and lower it if it doesn’t work.

The template is Internet HD 720p under MainConcept AVC. It’s not specifically for TV. It’s for Internet delivery but I assume that TV manufacturers are making their TV’s compatible with the Internet so it’s worth a try.
