  playing variable framerate codecs through Deck Control..

  When dealing with non-pro codec QT’s (h264, divx, etc..), the BM Deck Control app plays them back in the viewer, but not through the decklink (HD extreme). I suspect this is because these are variable framerate codecs and the hardware likely only supports fixed framerates.

  Nonetheless I’ll ask. Is there a way to get these codecs to play through the decklink card? (Other than enabling video desktop?)

  Alternately, is there a way to get QT player or VLC to output to the card?
