  Playback through camera

  All of my external playback options are grayed out. I am using Apple ProRes and attempting to play back through my A1U to an external monitor. I do not have an i/o device. Does anyone know of an earlier thread that discusses this? I am using FCP 6.0.6.

  Print to tape give me all of the options, but none through playback.
