  playback sync issue

  So I upgraded to 15.3 and now I’m having performance and sync issues. It’s not actually out of sync it’s a playback issue. I’ll be in my project scrubbing around footage and all of sudden it’s no longer playing back in sync. I can hide premiere (not close just hide) and bring it back right way and then I’m in sync again. Repeat. Driving me mad. Can’t seem find a solution. I have an BM intensity extreme, but tested not using extreme and had no effect. Same issue. Same issue with different footage. It’s obviously some sort of performance issue. Thoughts! Thanks!
