  • playback speed…?

I rendered a set of jpeg timelapse photos, and when playing back on Vegas it plays back at my desired still photo speed (0.5 second for each photo —- ie. 2 photos every second). I set the render quality to “Best,” “Default template format uncompressed.” Playback on Vegas is the desired speed (2 photos every second). However, playback on WindowsMediaPlayer appears to be 1 photo every second.

    Any recommendations?

    thnx.

Uncompressed what? AVI? Even my i7s won’t playback an HD uncompressed avi at real speed. Try rendering to .mp4 or .wmv and see.

Yea, as Danny said, this may be your computer’s inability to playback uncompressed HD video in real-time. Try rendering to a more computer friendly delivery format like Sony AVC with one of “Internet…” templates.
