I see that DT Video Labs is now offering the USB enabler key as well as Internet-activated licenses. You could check with them to confirm, but my reading of the new online store web page is that they are two totally separate authorization options.

The USB dongle will activate the entire suite on whatever machine it’s currently connected to. The Internet activation makes the software available a la carte and ties the license to a specific machine, and can only be moved from one machine to another if they both have Internet access.
