I was told recently that if I hit the Option and P keys I could see playback of unrendered efffects on my timeline. Not real time, but enough to see the effect happen. However it doesn’t work. Does anybody know why?

I think that’s Command-P. Unfortunately, I’m nowheres near my Mac, so I can’t check it for you.

Opt-P is correct. You might try trashing your preferences to reset your keyboard shortcuts.

    All the best,
