Playback Losing Sync Through AJA

AJA Kona LHi CardsWe are working on a project using ProRes transcodes and multicams. We edit in a room where the Premiere project screens on a TV monitor via an AJA card system – we have updated the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled AJA recently due to these glitches. When the editor presses pause/space bar, the TV playback is glitchy and jumps a frame back or shows a black frame. Sometimes closing and reopening the project temporarily smooths playback but it reoccurs soon after. This glitch happens on TV monitor but not in the actual Premiere Pro window the editor is looking at. In the project though, interviews will lose sync over time which also displays on the TV screen.

UPDATES: It happens on other TV monitors so the monitor is not the issues and new HDMI cables also did not resolve the issue.
