  Playback Issues (red and green pixels layer over images)

  I can’t find a question about this anywhere…. When I playback my sequence in the canvas, a grid like thing goes over everything (it’s like looking through green gauze). It doesn’t export with it on it and it is not on any of my other sequences. I can’t seem to get rid of it and have no idea where it came from because it wasn’t there last time I had my edit open. Need help as soon as possible! =( it’s extremely frustrating.
