  Playback in Premiere Pro

  My CTI is moving about 20 frames out of sync … for example if I’m watching TC : 00:01:25:03 , CTI is indicating 00:01:25:23 … and when I hit space bar, CTI stops and my viewing frame jumps 20 frames further at 00:01:25:23 . So while i’m editing I can’t stop at my very exact point … I don’t know if I’m typing right in english cause my english is not well enough
