    Playback in EDIT getting worse and worse

    So thought 11.1.3 was bad. Just updated to 11.2.1

    Why is the COLOUR page super smooth and edit page choppy ? SDI out is smooth. Just the UI

    It used to be ok –

    Anyone else?

    I find playback OK but navigating the timeline in the edit page (things like zooming in) is so painfully slow. It was awful on my old mac pro and is now awful on my tricked out Window machine.

    Yes I have experienced this on multiple machines in v10 and v11.

    I have no idea why this is the case or any solution. Even over the SDI, I find the same thing. I always get stutter free playback from the color page but frequently drop frames in the edit page even when bandwidth and CPU/GPU are doing fine.
