Playback appears broken??? Arrrrggg
Hi there,
Today I re-installed my Win 7 machine on a Scandisk 240GB ssd at the same time as adding an additional 16GB or ram.
I have meticulously gone through and installed all the relevant drivers and codecs I know of but for some reason playback in Premiere is doing something very strange. It appears like it is playing a bit fast, almost like its dropped two frames a second. Its a little choppy but not that bad and the speed up is so slight it barley effects the sound but something is categorically wrong. The picture was smooth and beautiful before and now it feels twitchy and uncomfortable.
I am using cs6 and my sequence settings are:
1920 x 1080 / square pixels / 24fps
Please any advice with this is so greatly appreciated. I am no pro editor so please explain in terms I can understand.
