I have Encore CS3. I have a simple timeline with three Chapters. In the SubMenu, I have three Buttons linked properly to the three Chapters in my Timeline.

When I run Check Project, it shows no errors. The Chapters have correct chapter numbers in Properties; button routing is correct. All is rendered. BOTH in Encore Preview and in burned DVD TV Remote, there is this problem:

I go from my Main Menu Button directing me to my SubMenu. My Chapter Buttons are displayed and I activate a Chapter Button.
When the Chapter finishes playing, it jumps to next Chapter and starts playing instaed of automatically being directed back to SubMenu to choose another Chapter to play. This is not correct. Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks.

I was having trouble with this myself. I went ahead and let it be for now.

But I just had an idea. Did you try this: Menu tab, then select your submenu. Under properties, set your End Action to go to your sub-menu “default”???

Let me know if this works…

This is what I do when using chapters for buttons. See the fifth post of this thread. Naturally, you would just make three separate chapter playlists instead of 17 mentioned in the post.
Let us know how you fare?
