play button not working
Hello all,
We are currently using Premiere CS3 and have run into a problem: the play button has stopped responding(pressing space is also ineffective). I can scrub through things but when I press play or hit space, the Icon changes but nothing actually plays. I tried pre-rendering my workspace, that also didn’t help.
Did I accidentally click on some setting that disables playback? Has anyone ever had this problem before?

It sounds like its time to trash preferences. If you are on a Mac this is the process.
Hold down the Shift and Ctrl keys while you launch Premiere and you will have reset your preferences to default.
