Play back from fire store
I am shooting 720p on the hvx200 directly into a fire store and when i want to play back i do not see the clips in the camera thumb nails. So i exit out of thumb nail mode and when i play the clip back from the fire store i only see it in the lcd on the camera and not on my HD monitor that i have connected to the component out put on the camera. so what am i missing thanks for the help in advance.

That’s the way it works. You’re not missing anything. That’s all the FireStore can do, and the HVX can’t pass an HD signal from its firewire input out its component outputs. Doesn’t happen.
