Placing a video into a moving and rotating object

The white frame will be replaced with video on this project i am working on. The problem is the if I use parallel tracking mode that white square becomes small, if I use transform tracking mode then the white target offsets. (even though i can select all key frames in the position of that target and line them up it, it will only rotate.
Please help.
