  Pkurel Eyes 4 does nothing in Premiere

  Hi there, I am using 2015.3 premiere and with a project of Red 5K proxy files i am looking to sync my footage from a separate audio recording. When i try bringing up the panel next to my sequence and hitting synchronize i get no resoponse. It just hangs on “sending media to Plural Eyes”, anyidea anyone?
