I’m new at After Effects and I want to know how I can make a still frame picture look like it’s just a shot where the camera is rolling but doesn’t move. My friend suggested pixilating the still frame but I don’t even know how to do that. Any ideas of the best way to do this or how to pixilate stuff? I have CS3, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and this project is action/sci-fi. Thanks Mark

You want to make a still image look like it’s video or film? (I interpreted ‘camera rolling’ to mean “camera running”, not “camera rotating”.)

You could add some animated grain.
