I did a wedding 2 weeks ago with DVX100b and a GL2. I am noticing alot of pixellation on edges of most things like edges of clothing and most edges in general. Is there anything that I can do in Vegas to remedy this? If you want to see an example of what I am talking about I can email it.

Are you seeing this in the preview window or after rendering to your final output? If it’s just the preview then maybe you need to increase the preview quality. If it’s the final output then you should post an image so we can see what you mean by “pixilation”.

I am seeing it in the prieview window at Best quality setting, on a 19″monitor. Just thinking, if I can see it on a 19″ monitor, how noticable is it going to be on something like a 37″ or above tv?

I assume the properties of the source footage is 720×480 SD DV. What are your project properties? If the project properties are different from the source you may be causing Vegas to process it unnecessarily during preview. Also what is your intended output format? NTSC DVD?

It might also help to post a screen shot so that we can see what you mean by pixellation.
