    Hi people out there,

problem: I got some motion titels in FCP. In FCP I got several filters on the material, then I put the Motion titels over it. It shows fine (DVCPro50/16:9/Pal). When I use Compressor mpeg2 best quality some of the titels show spuares (pixels). What is the problem?

    thanks

See this for some help on the mechanics but, yes, you’re going to see terrible artifacting when going from a high density format to a supremely compressed and lossy format like MPEG2.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”

    Thanks a lot David.

In some way I think we must live with it – for the moment
