pixelating stills
I rendered a project to “internet HD” mp4. The project has some stills in it. Some of them rendered perfectly, others have their resolution deminished rapidly, pixelating into almost unrecognisable art. How come? Why does it only happen to some stills and not all? How can I prevent this from happening, other than providing movement?

Where are you Previewing that MP4? From the VP Timeline?And what is the MediaInfo of that MP4?
OK, try this. Isolate a selection of the problem and then render that to a SONY MXF, or another AVI or MOV Digital Intermediary (DI) and Render that to your “internet HD” mp4.
