  Pixelated Image (Only in timeline)

  I am having a problem with my imported video becoming pixelated when I drag them onto a the timeline. For instance, if I want part C of a clip, it will play perfect in the trimmer. But when I cut part C out from in between part B and D, it then pixelates and does not run the clip smooth. I’ve tried taking parts B and C together as well. C plays great in the timeline with part B. But the moment I delete part B, C pixelates. Any help would be appreciated. I am running Movie Studio PE 9b. Thanks!
