Pixelated exports
I have the latest FCP, and i use this program called Blufftitler DX9 to create the animations for my videos/DVDs i make. I created an uncompressed AVI in Blufftitler that was 1920×1080 and about 3.85GBs in size, brought it into FCP, added some sound, and exported it in widescreen format, DVCPro50 @ best quality with a progressive scan mode. When i play the new AVI, i notice some pixelation in the animation that was not there in the original AVI. How do i fix this, like what are the best settings to use for DVD/Blue-ray usage? I’m pretty new to using FCP, I’m used to using Premiere Pro from Adobe when i used Windows. I’m looking to transition into Final cut from Premiere Pro since i now own a Mac, and would like to unleash the possibilities. Now i am using the default settings in terms of rendering, i’m not sure if i have to tailor that towards what i want to output, i pretty much know nothing about he software. Any help is greatly appreciated!
