Sorry Mike, I misunderstood that you were talking about rendering. It went to Good Full because in your Project Properties the default for Full-resolution rendering quality is Good and you shouldn’t change it unless you have a good reason to do so; otherwise it will take twice as long to render with no appreciable difference in quality. You would only change it to Best if you were resizing your video and you are having problem with the quality.
