  Pixel snapping bug?

  I’m trying to mask something out with the pen tool, and I’m noticing something incredibly annoying:
  if I select 1 anchor point, I can move it on the sub-pixel level, but as soon as I select 2 or more points, I can only move it 1 pixel at a time.
  This is incredibly annoying, and slowing my work down quite a bit. Is there any way to turn this off?

  Before you ask, yes, snapping is turned off and in the preferences, snap vector tools and transforms to pixel grid is also turned off.

  I’m running Photoshop 13.0.1
